ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A man is sentenced for an armed robbery and shooting in Rockford from 2023.
Ricky J. Guinyard, 37, was sentenced to 50 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections with mandatory supervision for 3 years after his release. He must serve at least 85 percent of his sentence.
In January, Guinyard was found guilty of aggravated battery with a firearm, armed robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm by a repeat felony offender.
