ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Rockford Police Community Engagement Team hosted a holiday event and toy drive for local families over the weekend.
Saturday morning, Dec. 20, Rockford police held a Breakfast with Santa event. Kids came out for a free breakfast and a number of holiday activities.
