ROCHELLE, Ill. (WIFR) – The City of Rochelle names its interim city manager following the resignation announcement of Jeff Fiegenschuh.
Sam Tesreau, Rochelle’s city engineer, will serve as the interim city manager while the city searches for a permanent replacement.
“Sam has demonstrated strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a deep understanding of Rochelle’s operations,” said Mayor John Bearrows. “The City Council is confident in his ability to provide steady leadership and maintain continuity of services during this transition.”
