Flurries and blowing snow with northwest winds 15 to 25 mph decreasing to 20 to 25 mph during the afternoon. Highs will top our around 20 then fall to the middle teens late afternoon. Winds will gust close to 35 mph creating winds chills as cold as -2. Becoming partly cloudy tonight with lows around 10. Slight chance of snow tomorrow after noon and Wednesday after noon. We could pick up an inch by early Wednesday evening. It will turn sharply colder again on New Years Day with highs in the 10’s and single digit lows…
