ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Alcohol can be a key ingredient during New Year’s Eve festivities. But, this does not give party-goers the okay to drink and drive. Many may prefer a free ride or low-cost ride share option over facing thousands of dollars in court fines.
