ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers are encouraged to find an alternative route as crews repair a water main break on E. State Street.
Starting Saturday, Dec. 3, the City of Rockford is closing the eastbound right curb lane at 4215 E. State St. from Lynmar Ct. to the 4300 block of E. State Street.
