JANESVILLE, Wis. — A man was arrested following a standoff at a home in Janesville on Saturday afternoon.
The Janesville Police Department responded to the 1100 block of Tyler Street where a man had a warrant through probation and several new charges from the Beloit Police Department. Officers blocked off the surrounding areas and set a perimeter around the house.
Police said the man refused to exit the home, and officers eventually entered. Officers spoke with the man for approximately 20 before he surrendered and was safely taken into custody without incident…
