ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rockford University senior is awarded for her achievement in leading young students in the region.
Jocelyn Solis, 21, was given the John Lewis Youth Leadership Award by the National Association of Secretaries of State and Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias.
