ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Dozens of people gathered in downtown Rockford Sunday for a Justice Vigil: Coming together in a peaceful show of reflection and community connection.
The vigil took place in front of the federal courthouse, where organizers invited the public to honor those impacted by recent national immigration events and to stand together in unity.
