OSF Specialist Emphasizes Behavior Change Over Dieting

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — “Weight doesn’t have a calendar,” says Kidanu Birhanu, MD, an OSF HealthCare internal medicine and weight loss specialist.
