ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A Scandinavian concept centered on comfort, calm and connection was the focus of a community presentation Saturday afternoon in Rockford.
The concept, known as Hygge pronounced “hoo-ga” is often described as a feeling of contentment, warmth and togetherness.
