BELOIT, Wis. — With snow and bitter cold in the forecast, municipalities around southern Wisconsin declared a winter weather emergency for Tuesday night into Wednesday.
The City of Beloit declared a winter weather emergency from 8 p.m. Tuesday to noon on Wednesday. During the emergency, street parking is prohibited. Drivers should move their vehicles into a driveway.
