MONROE CENTER, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rockford man was arrested Tuesday night after Ogle County deputies say he was in a rollover crash with an 8-year-old passenger.
Austin T Ryan, 31, is charged with:
- Aggravated DUI while license suspended/revoked
- Aggravated driving while license revoked
- Aggravated DUI while transporting passenger under 16 years of age
- Endangering the life, health, safety of a child
- Driving while license revoked
- DUI- alcohol
- Obstructing justice
Around 4:30 p.m., Jan. 20, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies went out to a report of single-car crash in the 6000 block of N Mulford Road in Monroe Center.
