At 1:25 a.m. today, Rockford police responded to Stumpy’s Bar, 5801 Columbia Parkway, for reports of a fight and a possible gunshot victim.
A short time later, a 48-year-old man walked into a local hospital with an apparent gunshot wound. He was listed in stable condition.
