ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Dozens of people gathered Sunday at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Rockford for a prayer and protest focused on recent incidents involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement across the country.
The gathering was meant to give community members a space to reflect on recent events and express concerns about how immigration enforcement is being carried out.
