MACHESNEY PARK, Ill. (WIFR) – Monday’s planning and zoning commission began with a clarification inside Machesney Park’s village hall.
Carrie Houston, the village’s planning and zoning manager, reminded members and those in the audience the night’s main consideration wasn’t a senior living complex. Instead, the commission would debate proposed development at 7755 N. Perryville Road — just north of AMC 14.
Next Generation plans its next project at the corner of N. Perryville and Vaughndale Drive: 63 apartments spread across 3 buildings, split with 40% 1-bedroom, 40% 2-bedroom and 20% 3-bedroom units.
