ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers are encouraged to find an alternative route as crews make emergency repairs at Spring Creek Road and Parkview Avenue.
Beginning Jan. 29, Spring Creek Rd. will be reduced to one lane from the Route 251 off ramp to Starkweather Drive for workers to make water main repairs.
Work is expected to last two to four business days, depending on weather conditions…
