CHERRY VALLEY — Urban Forest Craft Brewing had been tinkering with a blueberry pie cream ale before unveiling it for the first time Saturday at 815 Ale Fest.
“It’s a tough fruit to really get to shine through, so you need the right canvas for it,” said Alex Cando, brewmaster and co-owner of Urban Forest Craft Brewing. “I think we might have found it this year, but we’ll see how people respond.”
