ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A man was found guilty of a 2019 murder in Rockford where the victim was shot eight times.
Edmond Lilly, 33, was found guilty of first degree murder with a firearm enhancement after a three-day jury trial.
This charge holds a possible sentence of 20 to 60 years in prison and with the firearm enhancement, it holds an additional 25 years to life.
