ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — Rockford Police reveal two of the teens involved in the April 2024 killing of a 3 World gang member, Latrevion Starnes.
On April 29, 2024, officers responded to the 1900 block of Price Street to reports of gunshots around 2:10 p.m. When police arrived on the scene, they were directed to a backyard where Starnes was unconscious, suffering from gunshot wounds. Starnes was taken to a local hospital, where he later died, said police.
