ROCKFORD — Real estate developer First Midwest Group plans to build a four-tenant retail center along Perryville Road that will be home to the city’s first McAlister’s Deli.
The multitenant structure will be part of the Perryville Promenade shopping center and built in front of Meijer, 2013 McFarland Road, between Jiffy Lube and a strip center that includes Tesla, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and other businesses.
Construction will begin this spring as weather allows, First Midwest Group told the Rock River Current. There’s no set timeline for completion or the opening of McAlister’s Deli. No other tenants have been announced…
