ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A man who survived the 2020 mass shooting at Don Carter Lanes says each new delay in the court case against accused gunman Duke Webb forces him to relive the terror he experienced more than five years ago.
Skylur Dal Santo, who was 22 and working security on night a person opened fire inside the popular Rockford bowling alley, said the prolonged legal process has intensified the trauma he and other survivors carry.
