ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – From adverse childhood experience to adversity and societal violence, trauma is no stranger in most communities.
The 2026 Trauma Film series, put on by the Winnebago County Health Department, helps viewers become trauma informed and learn to be resilient in the face of trauma.
