BELOIT, Wis. — Beloit Public Schools have installed emergency albuterol inhalers in every school building. It has given staff a new way to respond quickly when students experience asthma attacks.
District leaders said the program is designed to save critical seconds when a child cannot breathe — and to prevent emergencies from escalating before medical help arrives.
