ROCKFORD — Gustafson’s Furniture and Mattress, a family-owned store that has served the city for 98 years, has shut its doors again after briefly reopening last week.
Signs posted on the door of the store, 6651 E. State St., say that it is closed until further notice.
“As you may have seen on the news Gustafson’s is currently closed for restructuring,” a note on the door reads. “We understand you may expect your product or refund, in the meantime, please call 815-636-8608 and leave a voicemail with the name on the order, and the best phone number to contact you.
