LOVES PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford woman is accused of running down her husband after a fight on Valentine’s Day and breaking his spine.
According to the Loves Park Police Department, officers were called to the intersection of Forest Hills Road and Harlem Road on Saturday, February 14, 206, around 8:46 p.m. after it was reported that a man was lying in a grassy field at the southwest corner of the road.
