ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police recovered a pistol equipped with a high-capacity magazine and crack cocaine during a traffic stop Monday night.
According to authorities, officers with the department’s Specialized Community Oriented Police Enforcement (SCOPE) team stopped Joseph Holloway-Rockwell, 20, near Skyline Drive and Medford Drive around 8:40 p.m.
During the stop, police said the weapon, drugs, and cash were found.
Holloway-Rockwell now faces charges of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon without a serial number, possession of a high-capacity ammunition device, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance…
