JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Beloit woman was arrested after she reportedly abused a person with a disability.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office arrested Toyo Perez, 49, of Beloit on Jan, 23 for one count of abuse of vulnerable adult(s).
