2 Beloit residents face drug charges from Janesville traffic stop

JANESVILLE – Two Beloit residents are each facing multiple drug charges following an early morning traffic stop on Feb. 12 on Milton Avenue in Janesville.

According to a criminal complaint, Cheryl Barnes, 36, of Beloit, was charged Feb. 13 in Rock County Circuit Court with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl as a second and subsequent offense, one felony county of possession with intent to deliver cocaine as a second and subsequent offense, one felony count of possession with intent to deliver THC as a second and subsequent offense, and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronald Hicks, 40, of Beloit, was charged with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine as a second and subsequent offense, one felony count of possession with intent to deliver an analog of fentanyl as a second and subsequent offense, one felony count of possession with intent to deliver THC as a second and subsequent offense and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeat offender…
