ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A fire originating in a church organ Monday night at Christ United Methodist Church caused significant damage within the sanctuary.
Rockford Fire responded to the church, at 4509 Highcrest Road, at 7:48 p.m. and found a “large volume of fire” within the church’s sanctuary.
