LOVES PARK, Ill. (WIFR) – The cause of a fire Tuesday afternoon at a Loves Park home is under investigation, according to the city’s fire department.
Around 3:30 p.m. Feb. 24, firefighters were called to a home in the 6000 block of Valhalla Drive.
Deputy Chief Greg Kunce says Loves Park firefighters got to the scene in less than five minutes and had the fire under control about two minutes later. Several area fire departments were also called in to help.
