ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Details are limited about a situation Wednesday involving Illinois State Police in the 4700 block of Highcrest Road in Rockford.
Around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, a large police presence, including ISP SWAT vehicles, were seen in the area. An ambulance and Cherry Valley Fire truck were also at the scene.
