Belvidere man sentenced to 13 years for crash that killed Harlem High School student

BELVIDERE, Ill. (WTVO) — A Belvidere man has been sentenced to 13 years for a drunk driving crash that killed a 16-year-old Harlem High School student in August 2024.

The Boone County Court found Justin Lee, 24, was driving under the influence on the night of August 3 when his Ford F350 left the road and overturned several times on Poplar Grove Road, resulting in the death of his passenger, Jazyln Davidson.
