MONROE CENTER, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford woman was hospitalized after her car was hit by a pickup truck as she attempted to make a U-turn on Tuesday afternoon.
The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office reported that Stacy Noakes, 57, was eastbound on Illinois Route 72 in her 2021 Toyota Camry when she attempted the U-turn at N Limestone Road.
