ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – 815 Clothing Swap and Swap & Shop Rockford join forces on Sunday to hold an affordable clothing event for the stateline community.
From 1 to 4 p.m., March 15, area residents can bring old clothes to Brooke Road United Methodist Church, 1404 Brooke Rd., to swap them for other clothing they love.
