ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers are advised to take an alternative route as crews work to repair a water main at S. Central Avenue and Preston Street.
Starting Sunday, March 15, the intersection will be partially closed with limited access.
Work is expected to last three to five business day, depending on weather conditions…
