ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – It was a cloudy and gloomy day across the stateline, however we did pick up some beneficial precipitation as rain and a few storms rumbled through the area. As low pressure strengthens to our southwest, expect winds to ramp up this evening with snow developing after 10pm.
