JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) – The Rock County Hazardous Materials Team were called on Monday after a semi-truck overturned and spilled a highly flammable material onto the road.
The Janesville Fire Department said a call came in at 11:48 a.m. Monday from around Mile Market 168 on Interstate 90 for reports of a semi-truck that overturned.
When crews arrived, they found that the truck was carrying around 5,500 gallons of a highly flammable resin solution, and the hazmat team was called.
