JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — Workers at a Janesville food packaging plant were critically injured in an “industrial incident” on Wednesday, only a month after two other employees were hurt in a similar explosion at the same facility.
The Janesville Police and Fire departments were called to the NaturPak facility, located at 100 Innovation Drive, around 1:18 p.m. on March 18 after three employees were injured in an “equipment-related” explosion.
Two of the injured workers are said to have suffered life-threatening injuries and were airlifted from the scene. Another worker suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital by ambulance…
