ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A pair of Rockford twins turned 90 on Sunday, celebrating with family, friends and community members who have been a part of their nearly century-long journey.
At noon, March 22, Lino’s on East State Street was filled with party-goers eager to celebrate the brothers’ extraordinary milestone.
