BELOIT – A 36-year-old Beloit man is facing drug and child neglect charges after a traffic stop in the town of Beloit.
Christopher L. Schroeder is facing six criminal charges, felony charges of possession with intent to deliver both fentanyl and marijuana, and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked, bail jumping and child neglect.
According to a criminal complaint, Schroeder was pulled over by a town of Beloit officer on March 17 for having too much tinting on his vehicle windows and a record check showed that Schroeder’s license was suspended. Officers allegedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Officers then searched Schroeder’s home and allegedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia within easy access of his young son…
