ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Several communities hosted egg hunts on Saturday for families across the Rockford area, with the Easter Bunny making a few special appearances.
10 a.m., April 4, families came together at the Brooke Road United Methodist Church for an outdoor Easter egg hunt.
From 1 to 6 p.m., an Easter egg hunt and other festivities were held at the Pecatonica High School. Kids got the chance to meet with the Easter Bunny, play games, get their faces painted and a number of other spring festivities.
