ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – In just ten days, Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara will deliver the annual State of the City address to give an update on the city’s progress and outline priorities for the year.
The event will take place from 8:30 to 10 a.m., April 16, at Rockford Public Library’s Nordlof Center, 118 N Main Street.
