ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — The District Bar and Grill in downtown Rockford has been listed for sale.
The District, at 205 W. State Street, is currently under the ownership of Billy Ni, who took over from original owners Andy Roiniotis and Denny Trakas in January 2021. Prior to housing The District, the building was home to Paragon on State.
