ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford man faces charges after a pair of armed robberies at Dollar Tree and a Gas Depot gas station last week.
On Sunday, March 31, at 9:02 p.m., officers were called to the Dollar Tree store at 526 E. Jefferson Street for an armed robbery. Police learned that two men had robbed the store, one armed with a pistol and holding employees at gunpoint as his accomplice took money from the cash registers.
