ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Rockford police are at the scene of a shooting Friday night and ask the public to avoid the area.
Police posted at 9:44 p.m. Friday that a 19-year-old male was shot in the 1000 block of Kent Street.
The post says his injuries are non-life threatening…
