Both boys and girls track squads competed in the Gebhardt-Worley Invitational on Saturday hosted by Oregon.
Dixon demolished the competition on the boys side racking up 207 points with Lena Winslow taking second with 84.5. Rockford Guilford earned 142 points to take the win over Lena Winslow with 124 on the girls side.
The Panther boys placed eighth with 35 points in a twelve team field with the Lady Panthers collecting 60 points to take sixth with ten teams competing.
Panthers
For the boys, Carson Eyrich was the only first place finisher as he won the pole vault clearing 3.81m (12′ 6′) which is a personal best. Nathan Punke took fifth in the event clearing 3.66m. Sophomore, Lane Decker took third in the 300m hurdles in 42.38 (pb). The 4x800m relay took fourth with Gus Schultz, Justin Wainscott, Braeden Punke, and Jackson Tegeler toting the stick.
Lady Panthers
Roz Mosher had a big day for the Lady Panthers as the freshman took second in the 3200m in 12:52 (pb), was a member of the third place 4x800m relay along with Jennica Norman, Jessie DeNeve and Sarah Link (11:13), and took fourth in the pole vault clearing 2.29m (7′ 6′)…
