- Showers early tonight, cloudy and warm after midnight
- Summer-like warmth this week
- Multiple strong to severe storm chances
(WIFR) – It has been quite a warm, windy and wet Sunday so far. We’ve had wind gusts top 40 mph, driving temperatures into the middle to upper 70s across the region. It’s also driven some showers into the region, and as we head into the late afternoon/evening, we’ll see more showers move into the region. I think we’ll get a few rumbles of thunder, but widespread thunderstorms are unlikely.
We’ll see rain come to an end around 10 p.m. to midnight, and after that, we are staying mostly cloudy and very warm. Lows tonight will bottom out in the lower 60s, so if you want to head to bed with the windows open I say you should absolutely go for it!
