ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rockford man faces several charges after detectives say they found him with a stolen gun after viewing a live video on Facebook.
Lakeivion Blan, 22, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a gang member, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm with no valid FOID and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
Around 11 a.m., April 15, Rockford detectives saw a Facebook Live of a man, later identified as Blan, saying he was going to the “opps block.”
