TOWN OF BELOIT – A Dallas-based medical real estate company wants to build a 36-bed rehabilitation hospital in the Town of Beloit.
The Town Board of Supervisors meeting agenda for Monday includes a resolution to sell 6.51 acres at 1800 E. Inman Parkway to MedCore Partners for $100,010 so that the company can build its fourth rehabilitation hospital in Wisconsin.
